THE CELEBRATION OF MEXICO'S BEST QUESADILLAS.

My wife Sandra Avitia and I are Mexicans and I would go see my Grandma every year to Zacatecas where she would make me delicious Quesadillas growing up. I grew up loving them and knew one day i would sell my grandmas Quesadillas as well as my own creations. Im a Chicago Firefighter and also a firehouse cook for over 12 years and love creating various dishes.

Making Quesadillas is a passion of mine and one of my coworkers favorite dish to eat! Ive also created a selection of Sweet Dillas which everyone loves! We use nothing but the best and freshest ingredients and outstanding Cheese! Quesadillas are simple, Fresh and Delicious!

Our Mexican restaurant is livid, bright and festive not just in a culinary way, but in regard to our atmosphere and interior too!

Each evening we host a live mariachi band and each day our interior theme changes to represent some another Mexican state or a city, like Mexico, Juarez, Baja California and so much more…
